About the event
Enrolments will open soon for two Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses in Hobart in 2024, one on Monday evenings in Feb-March and one on Thursday evenings in Aug-September.
will give an overview of the science, practices and outcomes of the 8-week evidence-based MBSR program. Come along learn some of the key principles that can help us live our lives more mindfully.
