About the event
The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course involves eight weekly classes with mindfulness teachings, class-based discussion, practice and enquiry. You will be invited to do home-based meditations and mindfulness practices between the weekly classes and to attend a one-day retreat.
This information session aims to provide attendees with a 'taster' of the MBSR experience, and to answer questions you may have about doing the course.
